I'm sure you guys are wondering?! I've not shown a painting in forever! Since school has started, my painting time has been so limited. I thought it was before, but now it really is! I only have during the night to catch up. And there are just some nights I have to go to sleep. With the way our schedule works, Hudson only goes to school for 3 hours a day. And it's during naptime. If Carson or Lawson fall asleep during the drive home, they will not stay asleep during the transfer to their beds or go back to sleep once they do get in their room. To them a 3 minute nap is the same as a 3 hour nap - a nap!? So, I spend the whole 2 hours trying to keep one or both quiet, entertained, forced into napped {which takes the entire naptime} only to be woke 10 minutes later to load everyone back up and go get Hudson! Such a struggle. I really hope when the new of it all wears off, we can get into a routine again. Good news is Carson, Laws and Em will be starting mom's day out in the next couple of weeks! It still won't give me a ton of time BUT it will give me some time - and I'll take what I can get thank-you-very-much!
But let me get on with it! I have to tell you this was a first for me. Two names. Not a "two-namer" but 2 names for 2 different people. I question it {you can ask her.} But once I saw how the room was laid out and there are bunk beds, this was the only option.
So, how does Madeline . . . .
and . . .
Alexis . . .
look together????
Like this . . .
Oh, I love how this one turned out! The red dots you see on the pink flower below are red beads! You know if I can I always try to add a 3 dimensional detail somewhere!
I'm keeping this one brief because I'm so tired. My bed really needs me right now. I have to get up early in the morning. It is a long story, but a friend found a bedroom suite for Em and it is waiting for me at 8 am. I promise to blog about it. But just know I got all the pieces I wanted for a steal and it includes this . . .
Don't hate me. I went through 3 boys to get a girl.
{Womble, you'll have to call the cell phone today - I know you want to know the story now. haha!}

Yes, I'm still painting . . .

I could NOT help myself . . . .
**edited - this is NOT my kid! haha
I had to post this. For those that have already seen it - sorry!
Please take note of the BOY'S dance moves for "low, low, low, low . . .," "looking at her" and my absolute favorite "big booty a smack!"
An awesome combination of "real" dance moves and a fish out of water.
okay - now watch it again. I promise you it will be funnier!

Because I can't help but talk about it some more . . .
Hey - it's me, the birth control pills again. Yeah, yeah . . . YOU thought she was going to call her doctor today, didn't ya'? Well, she didn't! I've officially taken over!
haha!
Yeah - I still feel it . . . CRAZY!
No - I didn't call because I was busy and never really at the house to call!
But to explain my 'sitamawation' a little further . . . I'm taking them for other reasons. Incredible mood swings! Some incredible pain that I would equate to the beginning stages of labor! Acne?! To name just a few. I mean, come on! I've had my rounds with pimples during the adolescent years . . . what did I do to deserve ROUND 2?!? The "birth control" part has already been taken care of . . . permanently! So . . . due to zits, I'm willing to give this a full 3 months {maybe?!} I really think if I can temporarily take them, I will go back to normal {somewhat normal.} Then I'll stop! But seriously, I was pregnant, breast feeding OR both from July of 04 to February of 09! There was not a single break during that time. My hormones probably have no idea what is going on!! So a little shock therapy might do them good!
Okay - enough with the bc! Even though I got OVER 1,000 hits since I posted that post less than 24 hours ago?!?
---------------------------
Random alert . . . {just not as bad as yesterdays!} I'm going to try to separate it all to make it easier to read!
----------------------------
I had several people ask about what type of plant I had in the black urn. I got it at Home Depot and it is called a Pilea. It is a medium light loving plant which is what makes it perfect for my living room.
----------------------------
And speaking of that post, guess what I picked up today??? Oh yeah! My frame!
Only I didn't got with a "tiny custom frame" . . . more like a "gitisimo custom frame!" Trust me, when I was picking out the frame - the bigger ones were just really working with it! I'm still giddy when I look at it! But now I have to find some wall space in Em's room!!
------------------------------
I also picked up number 3 . . . .
I blogged forever ago about some etchings I bought at my grandparents' estate sale. I wanted them desperately {and got 'em!} I knew exactly how I wanted them to look {It helped that I have a huge love of etchings and have a couple prior to this purchase!} Again, custom frames are so not cheap! So, each month that Hobby Lobby runs them half off - I drop off an etching! This easy project will take 5 months! BUT they will be in better shape than they have ever been and be displayed to their full potential! Dude, I'm sooo freakin' excited to see the end result! Only 2 more to go!
------------------------------
I will also be getting some new silhouettes of the children for my living room shortly! NOW - somebody tell me who doesn't love a silhouette??
This is of Hudson when he was 13 months old. Lonnie told me on our 7th anniversary {in November} he was going to get me all 4 of the kids' silhouettes. My goal is to keep the living room "art" blacks and creams.These will fit in GREAT! This man is fantastic to work with. AND my personal opinion is he is incredibly reasonable! So many times a year he comes to different Dillard's in my area and makes these by appointment only. In 4 seconds! I swear! It took him seriously 4 {okay, maybe 5 seconds} to cut this out! It was CRAZY! {Crazier than I am on these birth control pills - sorry, had to throw that in! haha} But check out his site - you can send in profile shots and he will whip you up one! {Great Christmas gifts!}
--------------------------
So speaking of my living room, I have finally figured out my fabrics!
Window treatments {got to love a buffalo check in chartreuse!}
Here are a few more swatches! Remember the rockin' lamps I blogged about??? I was trying desperately to make them work . . . which in my kitchen they would! Butttttt, not so much for the living room {Although the rooms should flow well?} I'm happy to say they have found a new {and very loving} home! {*sniff*} As you can see, I really wanted some blues. So, instead of turquoise I'm going robin's egg blue! Love that color so much.
The paisley/blue will go on the rocker that I purchased at the estate sale.
The chenille green {definitely on the chartreuse side!} will be going on 2 chairs and matching ottomans. I can't believe I'm about to show you all these next pictures. So embarrassing . . . let me just say that the Nester doesn't have anything on me!
We have dubbed these the ugly chairs! They were not ugly when I first bought them. I love them! All $1,800 of them {hence the reason I can't bring myself to get rid of them!} See the slight wear? I think I've had these for almost 8 years {?} The piping has so seen it's better days {the ones before kids!} Well why stop there . . .
Uhmmm, yeah - sadly 2 arms look like this! I know - atrocious! I hate inviting people over! "Please don't pay attention to the arms of my chairs. My kids were having an 'off' day that day." haaaa - just kidding! Truly this is nothing but the wrong kind of fabric on everyday chairs. It wore thin because we really use them daily! Kids had nothing to do with it - NOW the gold fish under the seat cushions is completely different issue!
I'm obviously trying to avoid the next picture but I guess I might as well show you! I mean, you have made it this far!
And I was chawed about my van?!? Actually this picture makes me speechless.
So - I've ordered the fabric. My upholstery guy has been warned. And this little problem will be taken care of shortly. Enough said.
Honestly, I have no idea how well this will be pulled off - but I love the fabrics and well, . . I'm sure I can make it work! My biggest issue is my rug . . .
. . . which I love. BUT the green is very muted and sage"y" - I will somehow have to bring this color out somewhere?!?
My incredible, money saving pillows have several shades of green in them so that should help pull it together {kinda?!}
Okay - well, maybe it will look good enough to make in on the blog - I said maybe!
-----------------------------
And a funny to end this incredibly long {and boring post!}
This was the last cookie. Lawson made the claim. And honestly, my kids don't care who gets the last cookie - most of them prefer white cheddar cheeze-its or goldfish. BUT Lawson had it and as you can tell had eaten over half of it. Then like a magnet to a refrigerator, Em appears from nowhere and just snatches it from his mouth - NO JOKE! Of course Lawson is looking like someone had just sucked all the red off his candy, so I grabbed the cookie from Em and gave it back. He is still screaming - uncontrollably! Now, remember - he doesn't really talk {okay - he doesn't talk at all!} But he obviously is screaming because of Em. So I took her to him to show him she had nothing left in her hands . . . . well - she did. See that tiny little piece? Yeah, that one on the right. That one a mouse would turn his nose on because it's too small. Okay - THAT was in her hand. Do you know that joker stopped crying when I handed it to him?!?
And he very precisely sat it and the larger piece on the table.
And didn't touch it {nor miss it when I threw it away 2 hours later.}

I'm sure TMI and I hope you can follow this post . . .
. . . if not - I swear I'm not crazy, it's just the birth control pills talking.
You think I'm joking? Well, I'm not. I spent 24 minutes throughout the day explaining to a bestie how I'm feeling weird! Almost . . . well, crazy?! {Even though I can't possibly be crazy, because crazy people don't admit they are crazy. They think they are totally normal. But by me saying that could have cancelled it out and I AM CRAZY! Oh.Good.Lord!}
Seriously, here is the extent of our phone convos {and texts!} . . .
- I think I might turn into a hermit.
- Maybe "so.and.so" is mad at me.
- Ewww, I just found mildew on my wall where it meets our tub.
- I might only blog of paintings and not my personal self {because I'm turning into a hermit - remember?}
- I just can't give my kid steroids anymore {but I will because I have no choice.}
- Hudson has 2+ protein in his urine again {due to a head cold - I'm sure.}
- I don't remember birth control making me feel this way before kids?!
- Okay, so after 4 kids, YOU really know your body and how you feel!
- Don't talk about menopause - I'm not there yet!
- Did you order that Clinique pore minimizer for me? {Got to get the free gift with purchase - although I have NO IDEA what the freebie is?}
- Michael Jackson's death was ruled a homicide!! {Don't know how - when you did it yourSELF??}
- I have nothing to wear for Mendy's wedding this weekend.
- Wicked - I need to see it when it is town these next few weeks!
- Romantic - I know she {being Mendy} didn't want to know my idea of romantic??
- Maybe I should stop putting Hudson in pull-ups at night?!
blah, blah . . . .
I could so keep going! And I seriously said it all just like you read it! Rachel, did you say anything back? Or did I just keep talking without shutting up?
Uhmm, yeah - coocoo for coco puffs!
She just laughed at me. And I laughed back. And I think I will call my doctor and find out if I should give these bc pills another month? You know, before I turn into a hermit.
And obviously, I'm not blogging only about paintings?! Because I knew you all wanted to read about my birth control pills THAT I'm taking for reasons other than birth control!?!?!
So yeah, all the above would probably be considered too much info . . . sorry you had to endure that!
I really don't have a lot to say that has any importance to it . . .
except - somebody has been waiting on peek for awhile now!

I'm finishing up this one and 2 others for twin boys! Yah me!
Speaking of twins - Hudson just figured out that Carson and Lawson were "twins" a few days ago. And he gave me a look like only I can give because he was in disbelief that "we have twins?"
He is still talking about it.
Hudson, where have you been? That's old news, man!
Em's second tooth {top right} has finally popped through but you can barely see it in this picture {as of today - she is 17 months!}

Please ignore the snack that she's wearing!
I have a funny "tooth" story from the other day - Hudson came running downstairs with a fake cry. I asked him what was the problem and he said, "I toothed my tongue!"
He was serious.
I laughed till I cried.
Okay, this next picture was taken the same day the above picture was taken. After nap obviously . . .

I think this girl inherited my hair! And those who have seen me personally in the morning will totally agree! It was perfect from the front - laying all nice. Almost as if she combed it. Then you have the back.
This next picture is of Lawson. Who, the other day, picked out his own clothes {to include the hat.}

I actually buy the "twins" different clothes. A few things we swap, but for the most part Lawson has his clothes and Carson has his. And "NO" I do not dress them alike, nor coordinating. I actually bought this shirt with Carson in mind. Lawson liked it much better.
AND his 70's style hat matches. Please take note.
AND no, he didn't have on shorts - I just changed a stinky {I'm sure you wanted to know that!}
And one of my fav-O-rite scenes of the day . . . Lonnie coming home!

I absolutely love how they run to greet him {probably begging him to never leave them alone with me again!} haha - That's what I say to him when he hugs me!

But that's family.
That's my family.
now THAT was a random post!

Housekeeping . . .
** updated again - the "j" is sold!! Thanks guys!
** updated - the "S" is sold! Still have a "J" - any takers!?!?!
It's 3:30 in the morning. My day has officially started. ?? Not that I intended it to - I fell asleep in a chair downstairs in the living room. I've been doing that a lot lately. Since we got rid of the tv, it is so quiet and peaceful in that room. And well, it is just easy to relax for a minute to only wake up 5 hours later! Funny thing is that Lonnie {normally} is asleep in the chair beside me! His snoring usually wakes me.
Poor thing went back to work for his old employer. So not only does he work his full-time day job, but a second, part-time job. When our insurance decided not to cover the kids speech therapy {although it is clear that they both have severe speech delays,} we both got scared as to how we were going to pay for it. Since he left his last job due to active orders, he can easily go back at the same pay rate. It really was our only option and was stupid if we didn't. Things have somewhat worked out for the speech and our therapist is actually volunteering her time! {She loves our kids THAT much?!} She works it in when she comes over for Hudson's feeding therapy. BUT we do finally have someone in our town that just started accepting our "crappy" federally funded Tricare insurance. So, somehow I'm going to see how we can adjust the schedule AGAIN to work in that 4+ hours a week since that will actually mean we have to leave the house for those appointments. And we decided that it was in the best interest of the family if Lonnie kept the second job. We need to pay off a couple of things and start saving more money. So far we have done just that! And the burden it has lifted is huge!
The kids and I will also be involved in the RIP program in our area starting next month. I'll explain later {I'm sure} about what this is if you are in the dark. But it too will take up 5 to 6+ hours a week {for the next 6 to 8 months.} This will be the first time I'm pushing something into our evening hours. BUT it's finally come down to the fact that I have NO MORE time to give during the working hours of the day. And if I wasn't so desperate, I totally would not be doing this.
I live in my van.
Saying all this, I wanted to let you guys know some things . . . .
- I will only be accepting Christmas orders through this week. THAT means that Saturday {August 22} is the last day you can place an order and expect it before Christmas. If we have already talked but you have not "officially" put in your order {probably because you are waiting on info from me?} You are safe - I've got you on the list - so no worries from you guys.
- I will NOT be creating a Halloween or Christmas piece this year. I hate that, I really do - but I'm still trying to catch up from last years orders!!!!
- Speaking of last years orders - I set a number that I would do of each of those sets. The number has been met - I will no longer take any orders for either set.
- I currently have over 70 orders. If you placed an order within the past couple of days, don't expect it a couple of days from now. I don't mean that to sound mean {I swear,} I've just been dying to say that - haha!
- I have an "S" or a "J" that are for sale . . . . $35 for each plus shipping. I made these for displays. Nothing is wrong with either. They are both wrapped and ready to go. Each is an 8x10, but the canvas is only 3/4" deep {not my usual 1 1/2".} Both are the exact same colors as the "hudson" painting that you will find a super close up of on the site under "funny bones."

I also want to ask you all to keep in mind that I'm a mom first. And although I seem to work all the time, my time constraints are different each week. And each day is a surprise as too how many hours I'll have to squeeze in for work. My kids take precedence over all business related "stuff" and I know that it is impossible to find the balance between the 2. I've tried and I've failed miserably. I'm so honored to have some exceptional people in my life that are currently trying to help me. One person in particular is catching up on all my paper work and other business related stuff. This is a legit business that pays taxes, licenses, etc and I try to keep up on copyrights and invoicing. None of that is the part I like but I have no choice in the time consuming, busy work. I've needed to give that to someone for a long time. And chances are if you have been waiting on art for a while, that stuff has been taking up more time than painting has!
I've said it before {so this is going to sound rhetorical} but I never dreamed small words would be where it is. I thought that maybe by the time Em was in school, that I might have a couple of orders a week . . . . haha! I have you all to thank. Thanks so much for the all the work you have given me, for all the people you have sent my way and just for reading my blog. As I've thought long and hard as to what to do with the business, I've been thankful for all of you out there.
and by the way - I'm out of ink in my printer. If you are waiting on a shipment it might be tomorrow before those go out! And I've got a "few" emails to answer from yesterday! It might be later today before I get to you guys!

Holy Cow . . . it's really been over a week?????
I think this is the longest I've ever stepped away from blogging. Totally unintentional - I promise! If truth be known, last week was such a long, hard week. Nothing worthy of the blog, but know that I've just got alot on my mind, my heart and {I'm sure none of you are surprised}my plate. The balancing act isn't so bad . . . until something knew is thrown in. I'm sure you all know what I mean. And as vague as this all sounds, for once I probably will not be airing out all my dirty laundry till I can work it out myself.
I love to tell you guys I got so much done this past week - but not so much! Actually, I didn't get much of anything accomplished! Hudson started back to school. I was shocked at such a smooth transition! That is one of his biggest hang-ups. He can't stand change! The best example is if I go to town, I have to come home the same way or he freaks OUT! So, if simple things are difficult, you know big things are so much harder!!!!
But not this time. We talked about school starting back up for days! The school we are zoned for does not have a preschool. So I drive to another school that is fairly close {about 12 minutes away.} This year they have built a new school that offers a pre-K that is even closer {still not as close as our zoned school,} but due to the "hate of change," we will stay where we are at!! BUT Lawson should be going to the newer one once he turns 3! {Yes, that will be 4 kids at 3 different schools - how am I gonna do it, you ask?? I have NO clue! But I'll tell you when I figure that one out!}
Hudson ate lunch very quickly and then put on his backpack. He asked me about 76 times "ready to go yet?" in a 22 minute time frame. HAHA - it was hys-Terical!!! And yes, we wore his fav-O-rite kind of shirt . . . . tie dye!!! For the past 4 years, we always wear something tie dye for the first day of school! See, check it out for some proof!
Carson was whin-Y when Hudson got out of the van. You can kinda see in this picture.
Lawson was really upset when Hudson got out of the van! You can really see in this picture!
And Em was . . . well, I have no idea what she was {or was doing!?} but she has a new look that she does for the camera! It is like a no-denture-wearing-old-man! This girl cracks me up!! I swear her lips do NOT cover her nose - it is the way she has her head tilted! haha This picture is a combination of funny AND scary!
I also showed my house very little "home love" this week! I focused on my plants!
I'm a real stickler with house plants. I think a room is cozy with 3 things - Window treatments, Wall art and live plants! For those who can't keep a plant alive, I feel sorry for you. I love my plants and I have some that I've had since I was a kid!!!! I do way much better with house plants than yard plants - I need to get that out there! So, if you come by my house, don't expect some elaborate scene in my yard . . . it's not there! But I did replaced a few {such as the one above.} And I did a little repotting for some root-bound plants. I love the way the one above looks in that urn!
I also found a little piece of art for Em's room. I was checking my statcounter one day and I saw a link that I'd never been to - it was yapping cat studio. I read several of her posts and saw a painting that she did that I just had to have!!!!
I could tell it would look perfect in baby girl's room! AND it DOES!!!!
I mean it looks absolutely perfect in her room! I tried to get some of the fabrics in the background so all could see the sheer perfection! I swear, I get giddy every time I look at this piece!! I do plan on framing it, but keeping it where it is at {on her chest of drawers.} I think a tiny custom frame will complete it! I love it - have I said that yet??
I've got some other art from others that I have to blog about!!!! Christmas is around the corner and we need to utilize people like this for some great gifts!!!!
Speaking of gifts, I went to a baby shower yesterday! And I gave a painting. I feel really funny giving my art as a gift. Like I'm being super cheap. I've gotten to where I give gift certificates alot since my onetime fiasco when the name got spelled wrong. And that looks/sounds even cheaper!!! But I seriously think I might stop giving my art away. It's like I push it down their throat! What if they don't like my style OR they had other plans for their baby's wall art!?!? Guys, I need some honest opinions about this. I feel really weird-ed out by this situation. And I hate asking someone "would you want me to paint something for you?" Talking about Johnny on the spot!
Yesterday, I was pretty sure she wanted a piece - it had gotten back to me that she was going to talk about commissioning one. So, I thought it was a safe bet that she would like to have one as a gift!
The bedding was super cute. And lucky for me, it came from a local store. So, I easily picked up a piece of it so I could color match!
For those wondering, it is called Moo Cow. When I googled it, I saw you could get it at Target as well.
The cow applique is precious!!
And the chick that is on it, cracks me up every time I look at him!
Baby Mason will be here soon!
Abby, I hope you love his art!
That about sums up the past 7 days! I've got several paintings started! But none completed. I really didn't have the time to focus on anything this past week. I'm sure this week will be better. And I feel an all niter coming on {either tonight or tomorrow!} I promise to be back sooner this time!!

Avery . . .
That's the name! The name I have painted the most. I've painted it as "Avery," I've painted it as "Averie" and I've painted it as "A." But by far, that is the most popular girl name for my art. By no means am I saying it is the most popular name . . . I've just painted for it more than any other name. "Thomas" is the most popular boy's name I've painted. I went back and counted all the paintings that I've painted with those 2 names - each were 7 times! "Grace" {in different forms} comes in behind the 2 at 6 times. Of course the sad part is a couple of my children have "Thomas" and "Grace" as middle names - obviously, I don't get too original for my middle names.
But back to Avery . .
The wall color in the bedroom is called Watery SW 6478 {gorgeous color!}
This is a picture of new construction {so no floors yet!} I'm dying to see this room put together!
Check out that window!? It's sooo cute it looks like a picture frame is around it!
the dots wrap around the canvas and the blue you see in the above picture matches my "Watery" paint chip. I guess you want to see the bedding, huh?

It is the Coco Dot from Pottery Barn Teen. I'm showing both of these pictures because the colors look different in each picture! She is packed and ready to go . . . Please, please, please send me some pictures!!!
For those waiting on shipments - I swear I'm going to FedEx tomorrow morning! Last week was just a bad week for getting out of the house. Somebody was always having a fickle day and when I did get out, I would forget my boxes?!?! Obviously, I haven't blogged so you guys know it must have been rough. haha.
I've had a couple of emails asking about the TV situation. Well, it's gone!
That is my brother and Lonnie taking that baby away! Joey {my brother} is actually taking it. He was in need of a TV. Obviously we had one that we wanted to get rid of! The first 4 days were really bad! But then we got rid of the armoire that the TV was housed in. So, the TV "looked" gone. That was when the DT's stopped and Hudson was great! At that point we were sure we wanted to get rid of it. That was when Joey came over. We do still have a tiny TV in the boys' room. So, if they are good, they can have a 30 minute show {Noggin we love you} after bath/before bed. It works like a dream! Who knew!! And it is an awesome threat! "Do you want TV tonight???" in the meanest voice you can think of! "Yesss, please tv - don't take my tv!"
hehehe
Okay, I've got a kid that smells like gummy worms {wonder what he just ate for breakfast} and another one telling me he doesn't want to eat garbage - {?} - so I guess I better feed these kids some breakfast!

Trip to the ER . . .
I know I said that I would be back next time {which was actually suppose to be yesterday!} to tell you guys about the most popular name, but you will have to wait a little longer! I was suppose to tell this story a week+ ago! And I just remembered!!
Wednesday during the summers is considered "swim day" - I have a couple of friends who will come over with all their kids {makes for a big bunch - just let me tell ya'} and we go to one of my neighborhood pools {even though they give me grief that I bring so many guest - nevermind the fact that it's only 2 adults and the rest are under school aged - another post for another time!}
Well, two weeks ago today, on July 22nd, after swimming and lunch - everyone was upstairs {except for Em and Alaina Claire} trying to pick up all the toys when Em started crying. Womble Mommy went downstairs and brought her up and told me she was holding her arm? Not thinking much about it except that she was exhausted, I held her till she stopped crying and then put her to bed.
All during naptime she would whine out. And after nap, she still held her arm. She would let you move, touch it, etc. So I knew it wasn't broken. But throughout the evening it was apparent it was something. I was going to take her to the ER, but decided against it - thinking she was getting better with the way she was acting! The girl was all happy and giggles BUT her arm just was hanging!
She went to bed early that night and the next morning when she woke up, she was in the exact same spot I laid her in! The girl couldn't get up! That was it, she was going to the ER. I had already had a shower, Lonnie was still at home, I changed her diaper and went on!
It was so quick at the ER - nobody was there at 7 o'clock in the morning! At this point, I really thought her collar bone was broken. Once the doctor saw her, he did too! After x-rays and one terrified baby, we went back to our hospital room. She picked up her sippy cup and started drinking! She hadn't done that since she hurt her arm. Then I noticed she was using the gimpy arm!!!
The doctor came in about to explain to me it was nothing but a sprain. But I interrupted him to say how she just started using the joker and he started shaking his head. He said that he couldn't officially diagnose it, but she probably had Nursemaid's elbow!
"Pardon, me?? If anyone should have some nursemaid's elbow, it is I?! After nursing 4 kids {2 at the same time} their first year of life!? You've got to be kidding me - that is an actual diagnosis?"
"Yes, and it seems hers got popped into place when she was getting her x-rays," as he was chuckling.
He showed me how to pop it back in if it happens again - which I still don't know when it happened or how! I know Alaina Claire is an innocent bystander in this. She is normally running in the opposite direction when Em is there. Em loves her sooooo much - AC not so much! ha!! Em comes on just a little strong for some people!!
So, she left the hospital - fine! Absolutely nothing wrong with her!
Parenting - so many fun times . . . . reminds me of the time I got a police escort {blue lights and all} to my vet's office because my dog was choking - yeah, you read that right! I called 911 and they sent over the police {it was a Sunday! The vet was closed!} Frenchie coughed it up when we got in the parking lot!
When I got there and he stepped out to help me carry her in, I was crying and he hugged me. I specifically remember telling him, "Don't worry - people like me don't have kids."
haha!

For the record . . .
. . . . this was the shortest naptime ever!! I've answered hardly a single email and I barely got these pictures posted! BUT, I did get photoshop installed - finally!
Okay - for this one I was told pinks, whites and ivories with a little added "bling." There was no bedding to go by but a description of very feminine. I hope I hit my mark!

The roses wrap around the edge.
Not only do I need to do an "A to Z" post of names I've painted to represent each letter of the alphabet, but a post of nothing but crowns! I've got a couple that I've done - tee hee. And they are all different?!

My kids are up - so I've got to get off of the computer. BUT tomorrow I'll post about the names I get the most request for. It helps that I'll be posting pictures of a completed painting with that name! ha
Again, if you have emailed me - tonight . . . I'll email you tonight! Promise!
