Isabella . . . .

Okay, these are better pictures - a little more true to color.

I have actually painted to match this bedding in the past. The pink is little more of a subtle color than what it appears - I wrote down the colors I used the first time so I easily used them again!

What is so great about this bedding is the name. It actually is the "Isabella" - Isn't that crazy? Talking about a sign to buy it when you already have your baby girl's name picked out!

Isabella bedding by Glenna Jean

I want to show you what my kids do while I was taking pictures of the above painting {and how trashed even my walls look in this room!} I'm on one side of the room and YES, they are on the other! Hudson thinks he is painting {while singing Brittany Spears' "Womanizer" - don't ask, a post for another day} while Carson and Laws are really doing some kind of computer work! Actually I can tell you Laws is pointing and counting all the "number" keys on the keyboard. And if I had to guess what Carson is doing - he is writing on something he shouldn't! And you know what, I don't care!

I'm just glad I have them. Too many parents losing their babies lately. Very crushing.

And another sneaky peeky for all you people waiting to see if you are next. I actually have several that I've finished up - so hopefully for all you patient people out there, you will see yours soon!

I swear - I'm trying to keep them coming. Especially since I took a long break. Until tomorrow . . . .

Just wanted you to know I read your blog about people copying you and I totally agree!!!! I have someone who copies EVERYTHING I do...same dining room table, beadboard down back hallway, same headboard(almost), sort of the same hair cut, even copied an original tassle I made that I posted on my blog. Walked into her house and about died!!! Get original how about it!!! Of course I have said nothing...I'm related...I keep telling myself...'imitation is flattery'...whatever...still hacks me off! On a brighter note...LOVE LOVE LOVE your art. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!

Beautiful and beautiful bedding! You do such great work. I only have one little guy and I don't get things done at the end of the day.

I really think that Isabella may be my favorite one to date (with the exception of my Ella Grace of course). I love how classic and timeless it is!

Ha ha ha, I don't know how you keep 3 of them entertained while you do such amazing work. I've only got one - who is currently covered in permenant marker because I loaded the dishwasher:)

I'm loving the Isabella--that is so cool and different from the other one. :) Never stop being who you are. If they don't like it....oh well nevermind they aren't reading anyway! ;)

I love how your kids always only have on a diaper and MAYBE a shirt! Got to agree, "Glad to have them!"

I love this painting! Great job as always Kim!

Oooh, Aaah, How lovely she is, Isabella!!! Great work, dearest.
Oh, and those boys! Aren't they great? They grow up so FAST, I can't believe Hudson is almost 4. Wow, savor the moments, love.

Love the picture of the kids- I haven't been getting my camera out or my video camera out near enough these days. Love your work- like always. Touch on past posts: lame about the copying, you are my one and only! :) I'd love to give you more work but I am a pretty fickle person and tend to change my mind too often. Maybe I can "settle" one day. :)

Darling "Isabella" and even "more darling" kids... seriously, they really do grow up... every year they get older and every year they get more fun, but you end up missing and longing for the year before... its very conflicting to love your kids so much...

Love it! That pic of the boys is hysterical. All doing their own little thing that fits their personalities perfectly. :-) I got a good chuckle out of Holli's comment above. HA! See...it's not just me.

Kim,

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IT IS COMING TO OUR HOUSE. It is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I can't wait until it is hanging above her bed.

You know, when you name your children before you meet them, you often wonder if that name will represent their personality. IT SO DOES! She could be no name but Isabella (Princess Bella around here).

When I set out to decorate her room, I wanted UNIQUE and timeless items that she could look back on and realize how much she is loved. I was meant to find this website because you can rest asure that this painting will always have a place on a wall in our home. No matter how many years may pass.

I will tell her of you and how you painted this for her. I can only imagine that your name will be spoken with fond memories many times in many homes.

Please don't let the actions of others control you or what you do. God has given YOU such a wonderful talent. It is special and through this gift you will reach many hearts.

GOD BLESS YOU!
Jennifer and Bella
