Very quickly -
I'm on my way with Hudson to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. He was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome. We will be there for a couple of days . . . .
I'll try to post some kind of update.

HUDSON UPDATE: fyi for those who want to know. Kim doesn't have a laptop at the hospital. I just got home from there. He was admitted and diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome. Poor Hudson HATES to have anything attached to him so right now the main issue is keeping the IV port in that he tries to pull out. Lonnie is up there with her now and Em is with them too. Carson and Lawson are being taken care of at home.
They are keeping Hudson for observation at this point to monitor his blood pressure and the swelling he has had. This could be caused by several things and the most likely is a viral infection that started this and he will just get over it. We are hoping and praying they will release him tomorrow as long as his sodium level is back to where it needs to be.
PRAY PRAY PRAY---they ALL need a little love right now. If I know more before she gets back to posting I'll just comment here again.
Lots of prayer sent your way!!
praying for you right now!!!
Bless your heart!!! We are praying for you and the little guy~
Thanks for the update, Rachel. They are in our prayers. I don't know how to reach her bible study group- but it would be great if they could PRAY and perhaps take some casseroles to the house for when they get home?
Praying for you and sweet Hudson! This can be such a scary time I'm sure, but feel the Lord's arms wrapped around you. "His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me." Hugs, Jess
Praying for you guys...

My thoughts and prayers are being sent your way.
I hope for miracles. In fact, I believe in them because I have seen them.
Most people do not see miracles. Why? Miracles do not come in brightly colored packages and as a result people miss them. Sometimes a miracle can be as subtle as a small movement or gesture...even a smile.
For Hudson, I pray that the miracle is a cure. Short of that, a smile and the happiness that inspires it may be one of the most beautiful miracles of all.
There is a story here, and if I write it, that story will be yours to do what you want with it.
