I love to blog . . .

Is it just me or has blogging really turned into this major sensation over night? Really - think about it! Before I started blogging, I really only knew one person {personally} that had a blog. A little over a year ago, I started the family blog {for all my out of state friends - 'cause you know I have so many!} and then a few short weeks later I started this one. And have been addicted ever since.

Is it just me or do you also feel guilty when you don't check daily, everybody's blog on your ever growing list of "friends"? Man, I hate it when I miss a day - I actually pray that I didn't miss out on anything when I let a day escape me without checking everybody's blogs! I mean, that would be devastating if I missed out on some major accomplishment in your life! Though you don't know me, I would be an emotional basket-case if I thought I let something special - special enough for you to blog about - pass without me reading about it the minute you blogged about it!

Is it just me or is this the way you can be nosy AND it's okay? Now how cool is that - I can read all about you and you don't know, but it's okay - because you put it out there for us all to read! It's like I'm being sneaky in a not-so-sneaky way. I secretly hope that all my evil nemeses read my blog. They will see how "great" I have it! Okay, maybe it's not great all the time, but it's fun most of the time. And I want them to see how "fun" I got it! If that makes any kind of sense.

And for some reason, since I started this blog - my sales have soared - - let me add a big thank you in this spot - - to heights I never expected. Is it because you feel you know me now that you can read about me? Do you feel some kind of friendship that normally wouldn't exist if you just saw my website and that is all you met of me? You would place an order and a few short weeks you would get it and that was it. No nothing else? I'm a personal person - I want to know you. Those who have done business with me, know that I like to email back and forth - to meet you if you will. If you have a blog - I will obsessively check it - because in my mind, in my little world - we are now friends. We might not be best friends, but friends none the less and I will stalk your blog until you feel the same of me. I swear I'm not trying to scare anyone -I'm not really a stalker - I just think that this blogging thing is great. And I'm so happy to be a part of it.
I know you're all feeling me - I know! And for some reason, I don't mind putting me out there for you all to read {or see!} It's like I'm the star of my own show - my own reality series. And I've got a few fans! I live one of the most mundane lives ever - and you don't care! My day usually is broadcasted here on this blog or the fam blog - but you still come - day after day. Even the friends that I talk to on the phone - that know exactly what happened today - you will still come and read about it again. Cracks me up - 'cause I read yours too! That, is a good friend. One who listens to you during the day and then at night - when all our babies are in bed - pulls up your blog and reads it - and laughs - as if they have never heard the stories before!

Yeah, I love blogging . . . .

Ok, I have to say Hi! I love blogging too. I read your blog everyday. When I started my blog a friend gave me your blog address to get an idea of what blogging is all about. I'm not a stalker either but I say to people all the time you have to check out my best friend, Kim Wheelers' blog. So Sad! I love your art work and your honesty. Terra

I love it too! Ever since I started this job and don't have time to devote to it, I feel like I'm really missing something. Any spare moment at home which should be spent cleaning, I seem to wind up reading blogs. I almost feel guilty about it, but not guilty enough to stop!

Yes, I am totally in on this one as well!
Sadly, I have to go back to school in a few days and won't have as much time to "check in" on what's going on. Do you think I can convince my husband that we "need" a laptop so that I can stay connected with my blog friends? :}

OK-you make me laugh! I totallyy agree-we are all peeking and being nosy and it is fine, like when I go on walks at night and hope people's blinds are open so I can peek in and see how they live. I am crazy! But, you got yourself one good show going on and I like to watch it. And your art is amazing! Thanks for letting me peek!

I love blogging too and it was my one daughter that got me hooked. My husband can't believe how obsessed I am but like you, I feel like I have become "friends" with those that I read and that read mine.

You have a great blog, Kim, and such a sense of humor, keep it up.

Me too- I feel such a positive force from my fellow bloggers. I do understand the overwhelming feeling of being up to the minute and being connected too.
It is ok to fall behind, you have 4 really good excuses!
I know how you feel. Keep on doing what you love!

See, I really needed to read that. You have such a good attitude about it. You seem cool so I'll try to be more like you and let it go that random people know too much "stuff" about me. :)

I love blogging too much now to ever leave it!!
